At Motiva, Vinícius Matteoni wanted to talk about change beyond processes. The challenge was to turn organizational change into something people could understand, relate to and act on. We connected the dots into one clear narrative about what really makes transformation happen: people.
The idea?
Make change feel human. We built the story around a simple shift: transformation isn’t complete when the strategy is defined, but when people actually adopt it.

Instead of treating change management as a methodology, the deck positioned it as a strategic role: connecting people, aligning narratives and unlocking decisions when organizations need to move.
